CENTRAL OAHU

The vision for Central Oahu is: 1) the protection of agricultural and preservation areas, 2) revitalization of Waipahu and Wahiawa, 3) continued development of master planned communities, and 4) development of infrastructure to support the region.

The Public Review Draft (PRD) Central Oahu SCP and preliminary findings from the SCP Review will be released in the Spring of 2012 for public review and comment. Following the release, a public workshop will be held to present the preliminary Review Findings and Recommendations for improvements to the Plan and its implementation and the Public Review Draft Plan, and to collect questions, suggestions for improvements, and comments about the Review process, findings, and recommendations. An announcement of the availability of the Review findings and recommendations and the PRD and date and time of Neighborhood Board presentations and the Public Review Draft workshop will be made here and mailed or e-mailed to those on the Central Oahu SCP Review mailing list.
