KOOLAULOA

The Plan seeks to preserve Koolauloa's rustic character and distinctive sense of "old Hawaii". Some of its measures for accomplishing this include geographic boundaries and policies which define how community needs should be balanced with the protection and enhancement of Koolauloa's spectacular natural, scenic, and cultural qualities.

While every attempt has been made to assure the accuracy of the information presented in these files, they are not the official version of the plan as filed with the Office of the City Clerk, City and County of Honolulu.
