Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza pan or stone.
Spread a generous layer of Thai peanut sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese evenly over the peanut sauce.
Distribute the cooked chick-un pieces evenly over the cheese.
Top with sliced bell peppers and shredded carrots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
